岗位职责：

1. Develop control plan, inspection plan and/or inspection instruction etc. for the product/process of  the manufacturing projects to assure the launched projects achieve the quality objectives. This can be measured by the quality objectives assessment.
2. Assure nonconforming material is quarantined and disposed in a timely manner. Coordinate MRB and update MRR, QC and CN database. So that can reduce the risk of misusing nonconforming material and keep proper quality records. This is measured by internal audit results.
3. Take the leader function in problem solving, coordinate and/or develop the corrective/preventive actions for the quality issues of Southco Shanghai's responsibility, to solve the quality issues timely and improve customer's satisfaction. This can be measured through customer's feedback.
4. Perform SPC, MSA, PPAP etc. for the product/process for which they are needed.
5. Participate in supplier PPAP review and approval ,provide support in supplier improvement.
 

任职要求：

1. Certified quality engineer is preferred.
2. CET 4 or above.
3. BS in mechanical or related engineering.
4. Experienced in the common gages and special measuring devices such as optical projector, hardness tester, roughness tester.
5. More than 2 years' experience in product/process quality control in an ISO9001 or ISO/TS16949  environment.
6. Good in English speaking and writing.
