岗位职责

1. Lead HSIO SQE team to improve the supplier quality management process.
2. Set up annual supplier quality KPI and track weekly and monthly data, kick off continuous improvement plan accordingly.
3. Train and coach SQE team to promote SQE team problem solving skill.
4. Work with DE/NPI/Sourcing team to qualify new supplier and new component.
5. Plan regular supplier QSA and QPA audit, identify the systematic and process control risk in time, make sure the supplier process control meeting HSIO requirement.
6. Align with DE/NPI team on component inspection item and criteria and set up the inspection plan in supplier and HSIO IQC.
7. Lead SQE team to solve the component quality issue in time and drive robust root cause analysis and corrective action as well as preventive plan.
8. Deliver the lesson learn sharing to all suppliers.
9. Engage sourcing team to complete supplier performance scorecard and take countermeasure on suppliers with poor result.
10. Support to customer quality requirement implemented in supplier site.

5. 定期计划供应商QSA和QPA审核，及时识别系统和过程控制风险，确保供应商过程控制符合HSIO要求。
6. 与产品设计/新产品导入团队就零部件检验项目和标准保持一致，并在供应商和工厂IQC中制定检验计划。
7. 领导SQE团队及时解决零部件质量问题，并推动健全的根本原因分析和纠正措施以及预防计划。
8. 向所有供应商提供经验教训分享。
9. 与采购团队一起完成供应商绩效记分卡，并对业绩不佳的供应商采取对策。
10. 支持在供应商现场实施客户质量要求。

任职要求：

1. Degree required: college degree or above. Major in Engineering related.
2. Fluent English speaking and good communication skill.
3. Working experience:
- 8 years or above working in supplier quality management, at least 3 years with SQE team management experience.
- Has good supplier management skills, familiar with stamping, molding, insert-molding, cage assembly, plating and welding process quality control requirement.
4. Skills: proficient in various quality tools such as 8D, DOE, SPC, MAS, FMEA, APQP, PPAP. Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management system requirements.
5. Strong team leadership and proven ability to promote SQE and supplier performance.
6. Strong data analysis skill and risk management experience.
7. Strict and attentive, able to work under pressure.
8. Quick response and travel frequently.

-有良好的供应商管理技能，熟悉冲压、成型、插模、保持架组装、电镀和焊接工艺质量控制要求。
4. 技能：熟练掌握8D、DOE、SPC、MAS、FMEA、APQP、PPAP等各种质量工具。熟悉ISO9001和IATF16949质量管理体系要求。
5. 有较强的团队领导能力和提高SQE和供应商绩效的能力。
6. 较强的数据分析能力和风险管理经验。
7. 严谨细心，能承受工作压力。
8. 反应迅速，经常出差。

深圳公司目前主要研发生产制造通讯高速连接器及高速线缆。
